Our “Un-Oaked” Chardonnay is bright, crisp, and loaded with aromas of green apple and starfruit.  It pairs well with the dishes of summer - seafood, shellfish, salads... even chicken and roasted vegetables.  Serve well-chilled.

This heavier Chardonnay enjoys just a kiss of oak from 9 months spent in mostly neutral barrels.  With aromas of ripe apple and baking spice, this wine pairs well with creamy pastas, chicken, and roasted vegetable dishes.

Deep, dark cherry, blackberry, and currant drive this Cabernet.  All of that fruit is balanced by flavors of mild cedar and oak.

Classically, this wine calls for a big, juicy steak, but we like it best with an all-American burger (with blue cheese, please)

50% Cabernet Sauvignon - 50% Zinfandel

An everyday drinking red wine blend consisting of Estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon matched with Syrah.  This is a smooth, easy-drinking wine that deliver much more value than the price would indicate.  The Cabernet delivers a fruit-forward rush of blueberry and blackberry which is followed by the spicy complexity of the Syrah.
